We can go out to exercise more now, so take advantage of this and go outside every day, but make sure you use at least factor 30 on your skin – we’re in Cornwall, so the sun is stronger here!

Try this DIY Brightening Masque –

DIY masques are more effective and fresh and fun to do:

  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey (or agave or maple syrup if you’re vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt or soya yoghurt
  • Mix and apply and leave on for 15 to 20 mins, then rinse and pat dry
